Spiritually Speaking

The Oxford dictionary defines ethos as “characteristic spirit of community, people, or systems.” The Creator Spirit is present and active with power and meaning in groups of people as well as in the personalities of individuals .

Community is a word that is used often and easily. Community is fundamental to human existence and wellbeing. Community confronts our human tendencies for self preservation and competition in favour of cooperation and compassion.

As difficult as it is to believe that the future may be great or even livable, if there is one Bahá’í teaching I would most recommend, it is that the future can and will be glorious.
