The Langley Rams beat the Westshore Rebels 40-30 in the battle for first place in the B.C. Football Conference on Saturday in Langley.
The defending league champion Rams, who are averaging more than 45 points per game, moved to 4-0 while Westshore went to 3-1.
It was a matchup between the best offence in the BCFC, represented by the Rams, and the team with the top defence, represented by the Rebels.
Meanwhile, the Vancouver Island Raiders (1-2) were playing the Okanagan Sun (2-1) in BCFC action Saturday at Caledonia Park in Nanaimo.
