Keegan Bell came back to haunt the Victoria Shamrocks on Wednesday night.
The rookie, shipped by Victoria to the Langley Thunder at the trade deadline, scored a hat trick against his old team in an 11-8 Thunder victory at the Langley Events Centre.
The Thunder (4-10) put an end to the Shamrocks’ seven-game winning streak in the Western Lacrosse Association as Victoria went to 8-5.
Jesse King, Graeme Hossack and Larson Sundown scored twice each for the Shamrocks. King added three assists for a five-point night.
Victoria outshot Langley 54-49.
