The host Rockets defeated the Royals 3-2 in Kelowna to send Victoria spiraling to 3-17-2, the worst record in the league. The Rockets, who played fewer times than the other teams in the B.C. Division due to game lost while quarantining after a COVID-19 breakout among its group, finished at 10-5-1.

Ty Yoder and Anaheim Ducks first-round draft pick Brayden Tracey, with his ninth of the season, scored Victoria’s goals. Jake Lee and Alex Swetlikoff had a goal and assist each for Kelowna.

Adam Evanoff made 35 saves in goal for Victoria in his final career junior game. Roman Basran made 28 saves for the Rockets.
