We've all had some frustrations with the new Times Colonist mobile app.
Me included.
I've received many emails and phone calls about the new app, which I discussed in some detail in a previous post.
I was commiserating with a caller about the app crashing on my iPad all the time.
"I figured that out," he told me.
When you launch the app and it asks you a series of questions about offline reading and push notifications, say no to all of them.
If you've already installed the app, you'll have to delete and re-install first.
So far, my friendly caller was right and the app is now working on my iPad.
