Victoria Mayor Lisa Helps is suggesting that the regular vehicle speed limit in the City of Victoria be reduced to 30 km/h. Following the dumb idea to remove the Sir John A. Macdonald statue, this, to me, is a good one. Truly amazing, but maybe not when one considers that a broken clock is right twice a day.
