Re: "Chinese envoy warns Canada against politicizing Nexen deal," Sept. 23.
It is outrageous for an ambassador to issue such a warning to the Canadian government and shows the lack of regard for our government. It should sound a warning about how things will proceed in the future if this takeover is approved.
The short-term gain by the shareholders of Nexen could well be a long-term loss for the people of Canada.
