I sent a note to View Royal’s council on how to speed up traffic and eliminate a huge cost in labour and supplies.
Remove all the flowers from the traffic-calming centrepieces and replace them with decorative rocks. That would cut down on the expense of changing flowers several times a year and also save the wages for all the flower maintenance.
It would also let traffic flow more easily if the crews were not out doing the flower beds and blocking traffic. I know I would love to see our council working to save the community money. Keep our taxes low.
I hope they will do this and speed up traffic during the weekdays and save View Royal residents a lot of money.
