Hail to someone who understands what seniors give back to our communities.

The vision of the upcoming "grey tsunami" can be viewed many ways. Because there will be so many aging baby boomers in the near future, there will be more older people paying taxes than anyone else in Canada. There will be more elders contributing community services by working in schools, daycare centres, hospice and health care, working on environmental projects, political activism and as valued mentors. Like no other group before them, they'll contribute their experience, intellect and wisdom.

We are aging in a whole new way, so let's move forward together to assist our families, communities, nation and planet. We need each other.
