Oil by rail is an inevitable disaster

Just as I arrived in Alberta, I noticed that every train I saw was at least 50 per cent oil cars. Then the final train was all oil cars. I counted 115-plus cars. I am from B.C.

I am from B.C., and if Premier John Horgan thinks this is the best way to move oil, he is delusional. It is unfortunate, but when will another town be burned down or how many lives will be lost because of his archaic thinking?

Does he realize there has never been an oil-tanker spill in Burrard Inlet? Remember I am talking oil tankers. We are just biding our time before a rail disaster.

I hope that Horgan can justify his stance.
