Just let us know when to round up the deer

How far north is north?

The letter-writer's suggestions that South Island deer be moved to the northern part of Vancouver Island resonates well with us folk who reside on the Nanoose Peninsula. So much so that we are putting out a call for volunteers to round up the more-than-abundant numbers of deer who call the peninsula home. We are thinking in terms of a Calgary Stampede-style roundup of all available deer to contribute to the cause. Give us a few days and we should be able to get several hundred corralled and ready for shipment.

Just let us know when suitable transport is available.

Also, let us know if rabbits are to be included and we will do our best to have these ready as well.
