As a retiree with a gold card in my wallet, I applaud Finance Minister Kevin Falcon for taking the initiative in slashing costs at ICBC.
It bothers me that it took him this long to drop off the heavy weights that have been plaguing us for so long - for example: "The number of employees earning more than $200,000 a year jumped 315 per cent in the last five years." That's disgusting.
