Headline didn’t reflect the story

I believe that it is unconscionable of the Times Colonist to run this headline on this article. The headlines should reflect the main idea of the subject of the article. It seems to me that you elevated the personal opinion of the health officer (which borders on conspiracy theory) over the problems of planted needles in general.

In my opinion, it looks similar to many instances in the U.S. mainstream media, when headlines often promote the fake-news bias against President Donald Trump instead of just reporting neutral news.

There is no conspiracy theory to emphasize the drug problem in B.C. There are enough facts available to all to understand it.
