We have to thank NDP leader Adrian Dix for making a clear statement about how he is planning to manage finances in B.C. if his party forms the next government.

As countries around the world are struggling to find economic balance in the face of never-ending deficits, broken economies and deep sacrifices, Dix's statements show the future of B.C. If the NDP takes over in 2013, we will see spending grow and deficits as we haven't seen in B.C. in decades. A period of "prosperity and growth" will be followed by years or decades of tight restrictions, high taxes and falling programs. Economic prosperity will be a long gone dream, and all of us would have paid the price.

Thanks, Mr. Dix - now I know how to vote in next year's election.
