Build proper housing for contaminated soil

My wife and I regularly visit Victoria and the Capital Regional District to shop, to dine and to attend the opera and the wonderful museums. We also greatly appreciate the Victoria Symphony's visits to our town, which is a wonderful cultural export.

The news of another export coming on a permanent basis to the Cowichan Valley is not so welcome. We do realize that the contaminated soils from the district are historic and have contributed to the greater good of the region since the early days of the colony, but if this cultural and historic residue material must be sent to this area for safekeeping, could you at least provide an appropriate structure to house it and perhaps staff it with tour guides so that our visitors can appreciate this little bit of Victoria so generously donated?
