April 24: Remember true point of boxing

Re: “Langford hosts national boxing championships,” column, April 21. I assume that Charla Huber and Mayor Stew Young, who are enthusiastic about boxing, understand that the prime desideratum of this “sport” is to give your opponent a concussion.
