The second is about leaving comments on stories.
I have answered innumerable emails on these topics. I have taken dozens of phone calls, often repeating the same information more than once.
On top of that, since we launched the current incarnation of the Times Colonist website in December, we have added content and features that we haven't always effectively told you about.
This blog is the answer to those oversights.
Through this blog, I will answer the questions I get asked and keep you up to date on issues related to our website, our E-edition and (spoiler alert!) our iPad, iPhone and Android apps.
Ask your questions by e-mail or telephone, or just leave a comment or question on the blog. I'll do my best to answer them all, or find the person who can.
We will also offer unsolicited hints and tips about using our digital products and alert you to changes, good or bad, when we can.
