Victoria police say Delmer Esau was located Thursday night by a member of the public and is safe.

Victoria police are asking for the public’s help locating Delmer Esau.
Esau was reported missing on March 19 after failing to show up for a scheduled medical appointment. Police are concerned for his welfare.
The 43-year-old is described as five-foot-eight and about 130 pounds. He has long brown hair that he wears in a ponytail. He often wears a black Guns N’ Roses baseball hat.
Police ask anyone who sees Esau to call 911.
