The man is described as white and five-foot-six with a slim build.
He was wearing a brown, red and beige knitted cap with stripes, a dark top and dark pants.
About 6 p.m. on Dec. 13, a woman was grabbed by a man in the area of the Galloping Goose trail and Gorge Road East. She yelled, and the man, described as five-foot-four with a slim build, ran away.
He was wearing a black hoodie with the hood up.
Neither woman was physically injured, police said.
