West Shore RCMP are looking for 25-year-old Abigayle Singh, who left Victoria General Hospital on Monday against a doctor’s recommendation.
Despite being advised to stay, she walked away from the facility and there is concern for her well-being.
Singh is known to police. It is believed she is living on the street in the Victoria area. She has stayed at a number of shelters recently.
Singh is described as South Asian, five-foot-four and 126 pounds with brown eyes and black hair that might have been dyed lighter.
