Island Health is notifying the public of a possible exposure to COVID-19 at a downtown Victoria pub in late January.
The Bard and Banker, at 1022 Government St., is the site of a possible exposure on Jan. 23 from 6 to 10 p.m.
Anyone who was at the pub during this time is asked to monitor themselves closely for symptoms of COVID-19, and self-isolate immediately and seek testing if they develop symptoms.
Public health has identified and contacted close contacts, who have been told to self-isolate.
If you have not been contacted by public health, you are not at high risk of exposure in this case.
The Island Health COVID-19 testing centre can be reached at 1-844-901-8442 between 8:30 a.m. and 8 p.m. daily.
