A female pedestrian was hit by a northbound vehicle Friday on the Patricia Bay Highway, near the Swartz Bay ferry terminal.
She was taken to hospital and was in stable condition.
Sidney/North Saanich RCMP were alerted about 11:15 p.m. The incident happened north of McDonald Park Road.
Police are asking for witnesses or anyone who has dashcam video from the area at the time; call Sidney/North Saanich RCMP at 250-656-3931.
