Many vehicles keyed, tires deflated in View Royal

West Shore RCMP are investigating after several vehicles were damaged in recent weeks in View Royal.

Police said that numerous vehicles around Helmcken Road and the Island Highway were reported to have been scratched with keys or had their tires deflated. Most of the damage was inflicted during the late evening.

Anyone who saw something unusual from March 23 to April 4 is asked to come forward, said West Shore RCMP Const. Matt Baker.

“If you’ve seen something you think the police should know please call us,” he said in a statement. “Any piece of information can bring the puzzle together.”
