Ice cream bars swiped from Oak Bay Dairy Queen

All that appeared to be taken when Oak Bay police responded to mischief call at the Fort and Foul Bay Dairy Queen were a few Dilly bars. Police were called Sept. 27 with a report of a window being smashed and a planter knocked over inside.

All that appeared to be taken when Oak Bay police responded to mischief call at the Fort and Foul Bay Dairy Queen were a few Dilly bars.

Police were called Sept. 27 with a report of a window being smashed and a planter knocked over inside. It was later confirmed that a break-and-enter had occurred.

The break-in is believed to have happened about 2:30 a.m., with a passerby noticing the damage about 8 a.m.
