The faces of provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry and Dr. Theresa Tam, the chief public health officer of Canada, appear to have been scratched off of a Government Street mural to honour health care workers. The mural, which went up in 2020, was restored last summer after it was damaged with graffiti and offensive comments.
