HALIFAX — Investigators are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Nova Scotia police officer.

They say 36-year-old Catherine Campbell was last seen at 6:30 a.m. on Sept. 10 in Dartmouth.

Campbell is described as a white woman with a medium build, blonde hair and blue eyes.

She is a member of the police department in Truro, N.S.

Police say they do not suspect foul play in the matter, but add that there is concern for her well-being.

Const. Stacey Opalka of the Halifax police says it is out of character for Campbell to disappear, but would not say if someone reported her missing.
