Victoria police seek missing woman and possible companion

Victoria police continue to search for a woman who was the subject of an April missing-person alert, and are also looking for information about a man who might be with her.

Victoria police continue to search for a woman who was the subject of an April missing-person alert, and are also looking for information about a man who might be with her.

Abigayle Singh, 25, was last seen in Victoria more than a month ago and is known to frequent the 900-block of Pandora Avenue. She is described as Indigenous, five-foot-four and about 125 pounds, and has long brown hair and brown eyes.

She could be with 31-year-old Anthony Assu, described as Indigenous and six-foot-two with a slender build, short brown hair and brown eyes.

Police ask anyone who sees Singh or Assu to call 911. Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to call Victoria police at 250-995-7654, extension 1, or make an anonymous report to Greater Victoria Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
