Victoria police ask for help in finding missing man

Victoria police are asking for help to locate a 72-year-old man missing for more than a week. Richard Blair Young was last seen Feb. 7. Police said his family is concerned for his well-being. Young is white, standing five-foot-10 with a stocky build.

Victoria police are asking for help to locate a 72-year-old man missing for more than a week.

Richard Blair Young was last seen Feb. 7. Police said his family is concerned for his well-being.

Young is white, standing five-foot-10 with a stocky build. He has blue eyes, a moustache and brown hair in a buzz cut, and wears glasses.

Anyone with information on Young’s whereabouts is asked to call the Victoria Police Department’s non-emergency line at 250-995-7654. Anonymous calls can be made to Greater Victoria Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
