Victoria police have released a photo of a man involved in an unspecified “suspicious incident” on Dec. 9 at a craft fair in the 600-block of Richmond Avenue.
Police received a report about the incident around 11 a.m., and were told the suspect was last seen headed south toward Fairfield Road on a black bicycle.
He is described as white and in his late 20s, and was wearing a surgical mask, a black jacket with white elbow patches and dark jeans.
