Two Vanderhoof residents are the focus of an RCMP murder probe.

Vanderhoof RCMP and the North District Major Crime Unit continue to investigate the suspicious deaths of Blaine Albert Barfoot, 29, and Tara Lee Ann Williams, 40, both Vanderhoof residents.

“The RCMP Forensic Identification Unit continues to process the scene as Major Crime investigators try to determine what transpired at the residence, Const. Lesley Smith, North District media relations officer, said in a statement.

On Sunday, Vanderhoof RCMP received a complaint about two people being found dead inside a residence.

Anyone with information is asked to call RCMP.

Vanderhoof is a town with a population of 4,500 located about 100 kilometres west of Prince George.
