Two people were transported to hospital in stable condition after a Wednesday-morning crash on Bay Street involving a vehicle and cyclist.
B.C. Emergency Health Services responded about 6:30 a.m. with three ambulances to the scene at Bay and Vancouver streets.
Bay Street was closed for several hours between Cook and Quadra streets after the crash, reopening just about 12:30 p.m.
Police are asking for witnesses and anyone with dashcam footage to call 250-995-7654, extension 1.
