The eighth Tweed Ride Victoria rolled through Victoria on Saturday. The cyclists dressed in their best tweed or other smart-looking outfits, pedalling through Fairfield to Craigdarroch Castle, where they had a picnic and, naturally, sipped tea.

The ride, hosted by the Greater Victoria Cycling Coalition, raised funds for Bicycles for Humanity Victoria in an effort to send a container-load of bicycles to Namibia.

The rides are a part of a worldwide event that started in London in 2009.
