A crash at the intersection of Shelbourne Street and Hillside Avenue around 9 a.m. Thursday morning is affecting traffic but should soon be cleared, said Victoria Police.

Media spokesman Const. Mike Russell said officers are at the scene, a tow truck is en route and there does not appear to be any serious injuries.
