Victoria police are looking for help finding a senior with dementia who was last seen four days ago.
Edgar, 77, is described as 5-foot-6 with a medium build, short white hair and a long white beard.
He was last seen in the 500-block of West Bay Terrace in Esquimalt on Tuesday and was reported missing Friday.
Police are only releasing his first name.
Edgar was last seen wearing a dark-coloured jacket and pants, a red zip-up hoody and a red baseball cap. He may be wearing rainbow-striped suspenders.
Police said Edgar usually travels on foot or by bus and is known to frequent the Esquimalt area.
Anyone who sees him is asked to call 911 right away. Anyone with information about where Edgar may be is asked to call the VicPD report desk at 250-995-7654 extension 1.
