Pandora Avenue reopens after police incident; one person in custody

One person is in custody and the 700-block of Pandora Avenue has reopened after a police incident Thursday afternoon was resolved.

Victoria police had cordoned off Pandora between Douglas and Blanshard streets and advised the public to avoid the area.

No further information was immediately available.

Police vehicles were parked in front of Cool Aid Downtown Community Centre at 755 Pandora Ave.
