A man who was on parole for second-degree murder has been arrested after allegedly breaching his parole conditions.
Jeremy Fry, 61, was arrested Aug. 21 in Lantzville, Victoria police say.
Fry, who was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant, was the subject of a VicPD wanted person alert on Aug. 18.
