A man with a replica firearm sparked a police incident early Wednesday evening in the McDonald’s at Oak Street and Saanich Road.
“Someone spotted what they thought was a gun and called us,” said Saanich police Const. Markus Anastasiades.
The man was arrested without incident, Anastasiades said.
