Detectives with Victoria police’s Major Crimes Unit are searching for an 18-year-old wanted for offences including forcible confinement, extortion, assault causing bodily harm and assault with a weapon.
Alemayehu Townsend is described as Black, five-foot-five and about 150 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone who sees him is asked not to approach him and to call 911.
