Highlands has Ken Williams again as mayor by acclamation.
All six council incumbents were back on the ballot, and all were re-elected: Karel Roessingh, Gord Baird, Ann Baird, Leslie Anderson, Rose Stanton and Marcie McLean.
Former councillors Ken and Marie Brotherston, who are husband and wife, and newcomer Guy Brisebois were also running.
