Ferry service between Nanaimo and Horseshoe Bay, above, will resume June 3 for the first time since March.

Self-serve ticketing kiosks at B.C. Ferries’ Horseshoe Bay terminal in West Vancouver are out of service on Sunday, meaning foot passengers must buy tickets from a ticket agent.

Those with a foot passenger reservation must check in at a ticket booth.

B.C. Ferries says its information technology staff are examining the problem.

This weekend has been a busy one for the ferries. As of early afternoon Sunday, B.C. Ferries was reporting some deck space was full for upcoming sailings between Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland.
