The Malahat is closed in both directions after a two-vehicle crash about 5:30 p.m. Monday.
Traffic near the crash site of Spectacle Lake Road and Highway 1 is being turned around. Motorists are urged to take Shawnigan Lake Road.
Theres no word on injuries or how long the road will be closed.
