Let it snow, let it snow ... but only in Centennial Square. Regardless of the weather forecast, the City of Victoria and the Downtown Victoria Business Association guarantee there will be plenty of the white stuff Saturday afternoon.
Snow Day in Centennial Square includes an ice-carving demonstration by world-renowned chef and carver Takashi Ito. The event features snow-sculpture demos, hands-on fun, snow-themed crafts, activities, delightful interactive characters and lots of the white stuff. There will also be a disc jockey and live music, hot and cold refreshments and giveaways. This cool event for the whole family is free. Snow Day runs from 1 to 5 p.m.
