This last five days have been a real challenge for me. I have come down with the cold and flu bug that has been going around Victoria, and I haven't been able to do much more then sleep. I had to miss my workout yesterday and was very disappointed, my workouts are my favorite part of the week now. Â Trying to stay on track with my food plan while being sick was also a problem, I didn't eat badly by any means but i was not able to get all the food groups that I have been eating for the the last 3 weeks. My energy level has definitely taken a hit from this bump in road but I am hopeful that by the end of the week I am back to 100%.

Hard but rewarding.... My trainer Zeke is awesome, as well as the other staff at Pacific Institute of Sport Excellence (PISE). I am done week 3 now and it's just as hard as I thought it would be, but I do look forward to my workouts on my days off. I have met my nutritionist Katherine and she had many healthy ideas for my diet. I have been adjusting my eating and it has been good so far! I have been tired for the last few days from all these changes happening but I am looking forward to the results that are to come. I can never say enough thank you's to the wonderful team that is behind the health club. The opportunity that they have given me is truly life changing.
