Well week three is now completed, and low and behold I can see the tips of my toes again.
As well, I can feel the tips of my toes again, one thing that was stressing me out before all this started was the feeling in the tips of my toes was slowly disappearing and my calf muscles were aching constantly,especially at night in bed.
That is all gone, my circulation has improved dramatically. My general outlook on daily life has improved to the positive side of the "Force"[thank you Obe Wan Kanobe].
We had a meeting Wednesday night with Christie Gialloreto at PISE to go over the mental challenges faced by anyone going through an extreme life change as this twelve weeks is throwing at us all. Very helpful in recognizing the triggers and sabotaging that someone runs into daily , and how to deal with each craving as they present themselves . Thank you Christie.
I'm also finding that I look forward to my exercise program [Thanks Freddy] except the days we do legs, what a killer.
I know I've got 9 weeks to go. We start boxing etc next week, that will be fun..."I think".
I know the "kruggermyster" is gonna make my life way more painful and exhausting before this is over, but what the heck, you only live once [thank god] and what else would I be doing? Probably watching the same old stuff on TV that will be there when I'm 100-yrs-old so I'll see it then.
