One last musical hurrah is planned at Orange Hall before the historic Fernwood venue changes hands.
Victoria singer-songwriter Paul O'Brien performs there at 2 p.m. Sunday, followed by an open jam session.

The hall, located at 1620 Fernwood Rd., was recently sold to a family who's expected to convert it into a private home. Regularly rented for concerts and other public events, the 1912 building was formerly owned by the Victoria branch of the fraternal Orange Order.
