Parade and ceremony in Sidney, Mary Winspear Centre, 9-11 a.m., before the parade. Come inside and reflect this Remembrance Day with a warm drink and sweet; 10:45 a.m., Town Hall, parade begins at Mary Winspear Centre and marches to the War Memorial on the front lawn of the Town Hall for service and wreath laying.
Lest We Forget: Remembrance Commemorations at the Royal BC Museum with public displays by veterans and community groups, curatorial talks and Royal BC Museum collections. Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., Clifford Carl Hall, Royal BC Museum. Free.
Veterans' Cemetery Remembrance Tour 2 p.m. John Azar conducts his annual tour to Veterans graves, with his facinating stories of the people and their times, from the Crimean War to the present day. Via Choralis chamber choir annual Remembrance Day concert, 3 p.m. at St. Elizabeths Church, 10030 3rd St., Sidney. Tickets: $15/ $8 at Tanners Books, from choir members and at the door.
