Advance voting for people wanting to vote prior to the Sept. 20 federal election is underway.
Those wishing to cast ballots early can go to their assigned polling places between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. today, Sunday or Monday. By now, voters should have received cards in the mail telling them the location of their assigned polling place.
There’s also the option of voting in your area’s Elections Canada office today from 9 until 6 p.m., Sunday from noon until 4, Monday from 9 until 9 and Tuesday from 9 until 6.
Voting by mail is another alternative, though the window for applying to do so closes Sept. 14 at 6 p.m. Go to elections.ca for more information.
