The 18th annual Victoria Film Festival kicks off Friday and the Times Colonist will bring it to you every step of the way. The Times Colonist's Michael D. Reid, who knows movies like no other journalist on Vancouver Island, will file daily reports in print and online, and will also keep film fans up to date on his blog.
