With the intense shoot behind him, The Bachelor Canada star and former CFL receiver Brad Smith revealed he fell in love with a city he says exceeded his expectations.
"It [Victoria] was a part of Canada I had never been to and always wanted to check out," he said.
"It was amazing to see [the West Coast] represented so well in such a gorgeous locale."
His first priority? "I couldn't wait to hit the links at the Jack Nicklaus Bear Mountain Resort."
Smith, who turns 29 today, said the show was a life-changing experience he wouldn't trade for the world.
Smith isn't revealing whether he found love just yet, but he does note that the show just happened to land in his lap the moment he decided he was ready to find his soul mate.
"It seemed like it was all kind of meant to be," says the green-eyed Smith.
"It was a life meets opportunity moment where I had decided to settle down in my life and as soon as I had made that decision . . . three days later I got the call from The Bachelor."
