Daily deal website WagJag said it has bought Yellow Media Inc.'s Deal of the Day business.
Financial terms of the deal, which increases WagJag's subscriber list and expands its reach for clients, were not disclosed.
The company said the integration of Deal of the Day with WagJag.com will be done over the next few weeks. Until then, Deal of the Day will remain operational and its members will continue to have access to accounts and to their vouchers. WagJag, launched in December 2010, has more than 2.2 million subscribers across Canada.
